Tubod-Bitoon, Dumanjug "Farm Animals: Goat"

Playing with Goat is one of my hobby.. hope you like it too. We, at the province of Cebu, is where we can take care of our farm animals. Raising them is also one of our top-source of income.

Raising Goats is not expensive. You only need an area where grasses are abundant. You can "tugway" or put the goats in leash in the bushes and let them eat the grass even the whole day. Just be sure that there is a shade for your goats to rest.

At night, you gather them and take them home to where you put all your farm animals. It's that easy. Then give them water to drink. You don't need to buy food for them or artificial Feeds, just let them freely go the bushes and do their jobs.

In the Bukid, you get attached with the farm animals. That's the disadvantage of raising them. Me, myself, I talk to them, play with them but when the harvest time comes, or when your family is in dire need of Money, taking the goats to the market and sell them is the hardest part but you need to get used to it because it is their life.

Sayaw Beach Resort - Barili Cebu, year 2011

Sayaw Beach resort- Barili, Cebu - Year 2011

Sayaw Beach at that time, year 2011 has not fully developed yet. Few cottages already existed but just the simple one. The beach area is not sandy but full of gravels but the water is clear.

Sayaw beach is used to be free. No entrance Free that time. Family celebration especially from the mountain used to celebrate birthdays and other occasions at the beach.

Fast Forward: Year 2023 (No Updated Photos yet)

Sayaw beach is now owned by the Garcia Family (one of the siblings of Garcia), It is now well-developed. Has cottages and even hotel rooms for you to stay overnight. There is now an entrance Fee. Parking area is available for those who have vehicles.

It is located in Sayaw, Barili Cebu along the National Road. The name of their rooms is "Villa la Trinidad".

Hearsay, their room cost like Php2000-2500.00 overnight but I am not sure about it. You can just inquire these details below:

Malabuyoc Beach

Here are a couple of pictures we took in Malabuyoc Beach.

The pictures were taken the year 2011. The beach is so rocky but the water is crystal clear. There are no sea urchins around the shore area so you are safe and your kids to swim here. Be sure to wear some slippers so your foot won't get hurt by the rocks.

Perfect for family gathering that don't need an entrance fee. This is just along the National Road from Cebu City to Cebu South. When you take the bus, you can see the shore line is so beautiful. The water is clear and so refreshing. You might want to get off the bus and stop and swim.

This time year 2011, we were visiting one of my friends' Friend in Malabuyoc. We went to Mainit Spring in Malabuyoc and after, when to go swimming here in the beach.  We had so much fun. We really enjoyed the company of my friends.

Mainit Spring In Malabuyoc (Year 2011)

Mainit Spring is Located in Malabuyoc, Cebu. Please take a look at these photos:

The trek of going to Mainit Spring, (year 2011) was so hard.  You need to pass through the rocky and slippery human path going up to the Spring.

That time (year 2011), the Spring was not developed yet. The path is so dangerous falls are not as clean as you think as it is.

Why it is called Mainit Spring?

According to them, I think there is a volcano around the area because the main source of water (where the falls come from) is not Mainit. It is really really cold water. Natural water from the Source.

But when it reaches to the stream, the water becomes warm to hot that it can boil an egg. We dug a little so the water will stay a bit longer while soaking (like in the bathtub) because it is warm.

Fast forward up to this year:

Hearsay, they have developed the area and put a cemented tub where warm water can stay longer and you can enjoy a warm bath.

The stream is where the land produces warm or hot evaporated air.

The Mainit Spring and Falls is located behind that mountain..

There it is.. Behind that little cave... TAKE NOTE: THIS IS JUST THE FALLS NUMBER 3. WE DID NOT MAKE IT TO THE FALLS NUMBER 7 BECAUSE IT'S TOO SCARY.  

This water is luke warm.

Moalboal Beach Resorts, Cebu City

Enjoy the summer!

If you are planning to go Cebu South this summer, better go to Moalboal beach resorts.

When we choose where to stay in Moalboal, we usually go to HK Beach Resort.  They place is quite crowdy during the peak season but sure you will enjoy swimming with your kids and families.

They have cottages too with prices ranging from Php300-800.00 depending on the size of the cottage that you chose.

Many foreigners / Tourists are walking the shore line wearing their beach body bikinis and trunks. It is one of the tourist destination in the South Cebu, because of the crystal clear water, nice shoreline and pure fine sand that won't hurt your feet.

Moalboal, Cebu is also known of its Sardines where you can enjoy watching school of Fishes while snorkeling around the coral reef areas.

Summer in the Philippines starts end of February and Ends around the end of May before the rainy season starts. But weather is unpredictable, it can rain a lot during summer season.

The best Island Resorts in the World

Have ever been to in Island Resorts where no one can ever imagine? Have you ever experienced its unending activities like scuba diving, game fishing, seaplane charters, sunset cruise, canoeing, guided walks through national park and many more.

I’ve been through many island resorts already from local to outside the country. However, one of the best resorts was the Orpheus Island Resort. Me and my boyfriend are now planning to settle down early next year and we’ve just decided to be called or one of the Queensland Wedding. SM City, Cebu,Philippines

This is a Photo of SM City, Cebu, Philippines. As you all know that SM supermalls is one of the largest and famous malls in the Philippines.

SM City Malls have expanded through the years and in fact, they had constructed a new SM Seaside mall and opened to the public for a few years now. It is located in the South Road properties (SRP) and probably one of the biggest malls in Asia.

But still, SM City Cebu located in Mabolo, Cebu, Philippines is still one of my favorites. A lot of budget-friendly boutiques can be found in the original SM CITY CEBU. You can choose a lot of variety of products that you want especially if you are into budgeting. 

Food court is located in the Lower Ground Floor area. SM Northwing is an extension which also a good spot for roam around, and to date with your special someone. Coffee Shops, snack bars are just at your reach.
