Moalboal Beach Resorts, Cebu City

Enjoy the summer!

If you are planning to go Cebu South this summer, better go to Moalboal beach resorts.

When we choose where to stay in Moalboal, we usually go to HK Beach Resort.  They place is quite crowdy during the peak season but sure you will enjoy swimming with your kids and families.
They have cottages too with prices ranging from Php300-800.00 depending on the size of the cottage that you chose.

Many foreigners / Tourists are walking the shore line wearing their beach body bikinis and trunks. It is one of the tourist destination in the South Cebu, because of the crystal clear water, nice shoreline and pure fine sand that won't hurt your feet.

Moalboal, Cebu is also known of its Sardines where you can enjoy watching school of Fishes while snorkeling around the coral reef areas.

Summer in the Philippines starts end of February and Ends around the end of May before the rainy season starts. But weather is unpredictable, it can rain a lot during summer season.

SM City, Cebu,Philippines

SM City, Cebu,Philippines

This is a Photo of SM City, Cebu, Philippines. As you all know that SM supermalls is one of the largest and famous malls in the Philippines.

SM City Malls have expanded through the years and in fact, they had constructed a new SM Seaside mall and opened to the public for a few years now. It is located in the South Road properties (SRP) and probably one of the biggest malls in Asia.

But still, SM City Cebu located in Mabolo, Cebu, Philippines is still one of my favorites. A lot of budget-friendly boutiques can be found in the original SM CITY CEBU. You can choose a lot of variety of products that you want especially if you are into budgeting.

Food court is located in the Lower Ground Floor area. SM Northwing is an extension which also a good spot for roam around, and to date with your special someone. Coffee Shops, snack bars are just at your reach.

Happy Shopping at SM City CEBU.

Ukay-Ukay in Cebu

Ukay-Ukay is known especially in the Streets of Cebu City

What is Ukay-Ukay?

Ukay-ukay is a store that sells used-clothing from other countries at a very affordable or very cheap price. From Newborns, toddlers' dresses and shirts to adults. Whatever you can find at the Ukay-ukay store. Fabric linens, bed sheets, Bras and Panties (undergarments).

It is very cheap that you can buy Php15.00 or Php20.00 each item from the Ukay-Ukay store. It is called Ukay-Ukay, meaning mixed together and you need to Ukay and grab the item that you think that fits for you.

Everywhere in Cebu and in other parts of the Philippines, Ukay-ukay is a thrift store that you shouldn't missed. You will find valuable items for you and for your household.

My personal experience of this Ukay-Ukay is that, It is where I usually buy used skirts for my daily use. I switch from wearing shorts and pants to Skirts and dresses now. So, the ukay ukay store is my area now.

It's fun to look around too. You don't know you might hit the jackpot. You know what I mean.

Wise Consumer, enjoy Shopping!

SIMALA, SIBUNGA, CEBU

MOTHER MARY
ALTAR
BACK VIEW That photo above was taken at simala with the friends or colleagues of my boyfriend. Simala is best known as the miraculous shrine in the south Cebu. Many people came from different places especially during Sundays. They believed in miracle that brought by Marian Monks with the help of our blessed virgin Mary has been famous several years ago. I, myself have been there twice. Devotees were sacrificing the heat of the sun as they light there candles and wrote there petitions in a small sheet of paper. I believed that Our Lord Jesus Christ would grant those prayers who sincerely and faithfully ask him. I can proved it to myself. Many times the Lord answered my prayers and sometimes I realised I have debt of gratitude to the Lord and the only way to repay his goodness is to worship him and accept him with all your heart. Without him we are nothing.

Update to year 2023:

Simala, Cebu is the Sanctuary or the Monastery of our Blessed Mother Mary is still my favorite Go-To church where I can Pray, repent and asked for forgiveness and longed to tell the Blessed Mother how I've been through.

The Monastery is currently under construction and it Looks really amazing now. The designs has been improved and to me, it looks like a real cassle.
